[PATCH 0 of 1] unbreak build with perl and openssl

Hello!

Here is an updated version of patch to unbreak build with embedded perl
and --with-openssl.  It was originally posted here:

Since then it was only modified to accomodate changes in nginx 0.8.17
(different path used during internal install of openssl).

Note well: to reproduce build problem as originally reported one have to
remove openssl headers from system (if any).
