</div>I think the biggest problem with bounties is that, some people claim<br>
to pay money for a feature, then somebody implements the feature and<br>
in the end people who claimed to pay the work don't pay the developer<br>
or they other way around. Even if you have contracts between the<br>
people, those are worthless if you are not in the same country,<br>
because enforcing a law in a different country is in the majority of<br>
cases more expensive than the expenses for the bounty.<br>

My suggestion is that if the developer wants to get paid and the<br>
client wants a feature, the client should search for a developer from<br>
his country and they should make a reliable contract.<br>
